Cerida Corporation (2002)

Cerida was built for tech and ready for expansion. In 1998, CallCenter Magazine named Cerida the Web Enabled Call Center Of The Year, and in 1999, the Inc. 500 named Cerida one of the fastest growing private companies in the United States. They came on board in 2002 with a laser focus on CRM and B2B services and their tech-driven DNA helped us raise the bar for data-rich customer engagement.

Taction (2014)

Taction was based in Waldoboro, Maine for nearly 20 years before joining AnswerNet in 2014. In 2019, we transformed their headquarters into a 2,600 square-foot space complete with 35 full-time jobs. Taction’s small-town roots came with big-time customer service skills and, with their help, we expanded our inbound and outbound services with an emphasis on empathy and connection.

Synergy Solutions (2018)

Synergy Solutions was established in 1999 with a focus on innovative customer interaction solutions. Their unique emphasis on innovation—what they called “Synovation”, elevated our processes with proactivity, creativity and interconnectedness. Synergy wasn’t just interested in answering calls, they were interested in empowered conversations that create meaningful change. We acquired them in 2018 and haven’t looked back since.

FineLine Solutions (2022)

FineLine Solutions joined AnswerNet with a mission close to our hearts: helping nonprofit organizations thrive. With decades of experience in donor engagement, crisis line support and cause-driven communication, FineLine brought deep industry insight and compassionate, purpose-built processes. With their 2022 acquisition, AnswerNet now supports 50+ internationally known nonprofits.

Quality Contact Solutions (2022)

When we brought Quality Contact Solutions (QCS) and QCS At Home into AnswerNet, we inherited a legacy of excellence in compliance-heavy outbound communication. With deep experience in highly regulated industries like healthcare, finance and telecom, QCS strengthened our compliance muscle and gave us even more flexibility in how we serve clients. Their work-from-home expertise via QCS At Home also helped us scale quickly and securely, especially in a post-pandemic world.

TPV.com, TrustedTPV, VoiceLog and Calibrus (2022)

In 2022, AnswerNet acquired TPV.com, TrustedTPV, VoiceLog and Calibrus, four pioneering brands with proven track records in regulatory compliance, security and voice verification. These companies shaped the modern TPV landscape by developing proprietary tech and processes trusted by utilities, telecoms, healthcare, insurers and financial services firms alike. Together, we’ve completed 117 million+ verifications and become the largest provider of third-party verification services in North America.
