AnswerNet has acquired Quality Contact Solutions (qualitycontactsolutions.com) and its subsidiary QCS At Home.

The acquisition was officially finalized on December 31, 2021. As a result, AnswerNet retained all employees of Quality Contact Solutions.  Chris Grothe, Quality Contact Solutions’ Vice President of Operations, was appointed to oversee the company.

Quality Contact Solutions (QCS) specializes in telemarketing call center solutions that achieve sales results for its clients. Their areas of expertise include B2B Outbound Marketing, B2C Outbound Marketing, TCPA Call Center Consulting, and Outsourced Telemarketing Quality Assurance. Their experience covers a wide variety of industries for clients whose brands are world-renowned.

SOC 2 is a voluntary compliance standard for service organizations developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), which specifies how organizations should manage customer data. The standard is based on the following Trust Services Criteria: security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

SOC 2 certification communicates to the call center industry, as well as AnswerNet’s clients and prospects, that the company’s security of its client’s data is of paramount importance. With only a small percentage of call centers across the United States certified as SOC 2, AnswerNet’s certification is another differentiator that sets the company apart from its competitors.

Third-party verification services, also known by the industry acronym TPV, use humans and technology to confirm consumer sales transactions after an in-person or phone sale is made. The service is designed to protect consumers and providers by uncovering and clarifying potential contract or agreement ambiguities prior to the delivery of the telecom or energy services.

The acquisition was officially finalized on June 30, 2021.

With the acquisition, AnswerNet expands its existing third-party verification solutions business and adds another great brand to the organization’s growing family of companies.
