Allentown Gets a Makeover!

In 1998, AnswerNet’s Allentown location was the first office that Gary Pudles purchased on his own, marking the entry into what has become a thriving business with 31 call centers across North America.

After 20+ years of faithful service to the agents it houses, the Allentown building was in need of some major TLC. In previous years, the front of the office was rented to other small businesses, but as we’ve grown, AnswerNet’s presence has taken over the whole building. Home to 18 dedicated agents, with room for growth, the Allentown center is a whole new world after the extensive renovation project spearheaded by Kevin “Kess” Kessler, Josue Leon and Sherry Prato!

Creating a more pleasing atmosphere for the agents across all of our sites has been a goal of leadership over the past few years. Conscious effort has been put into making sure the sites are inviting places to work, and located in safe areas.

In fall of 2021, construction on the Allentown location began, and now the final pieces are being put into place. Floor to ceiling, everything has been updated. Agents will return at the end of August to new carpeting, new cubicles, an updated climate control system, new furniture and computers, and a brand-new break room and conference room. New windows have been built in, to allow for natural light.

The agents at the Allentown location have shown tremendous dedication, maintaining a physical presence throughout the Covid19 pandemic. The location has seen explosive growth over the past year, as AnswerNet’s success story continues to unfold.
