Ricky Morse joined AnswerNet in May 2022 as a National Sales Manager to our Retail Sales department. Ricky spent his first several years as an Inside Sales Executive, after nearly a decade in the BPO space. We’re excited to see Ricky leverage his 35 years of call center sales and management experience to elevate his team.
He’s positive and outgoing, and believes leaders should lead by example, know when to coach, and provide a positive environment. His mantra has always been “Honesty + Knowledge = Professionalism.” On the weekends you can be sure to find Ricky on the fairway in a golf tournament.
Steve Garnham was brought onto the team by Ricky Morse. Soon after Ricky joined, he was thrilled to add Steve’s valuable experience to AnswerNet’s talent bank. Steve brings 20+ years of inbound and outbound call center sales expertise. Steve’s quick and inventive humor have endeared him to the team.
In his spare time, you can find him in the kitchen whipping up some fabulous meals for his lovely wife.
