Any contact center, BPO, or answering services provided by AnswerNet are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) or individual service contract.

All content, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, interfaces, audio clips, video clips, downloads, and software found on the Site, as well as the selection and arrangement thereof, are the exclusive property of AnswerNet, its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may view, download, and print materials from the Site strictly for personal, non-commercial, and informational purposes. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, or display of the content on this Site without prior written consent from AnswerNet is strictly prohibited.

9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnswerNet, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
10. Changes to the Terms
AnswerNet reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania or the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
12. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration
At AnswerNet’s sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site, including disputes arising from or concerning their interpretation, violation, invalidity, non-performance, or termination, to final and binding arbitration applying Pennsylvania law and pursuant to rules deemed acceptable to AnswerNet, in its sole discretion.
13. Class Action Waiver
ANY PROCEEDINGS TO RESOLVE OR LITIGATE ANY DISPUTE WILL BE CONDUCTED SOLELY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOU WILL NOT SEEK TO HAVE ANY DISPUTE HEARD AS A CLASS ACTION, A REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, A COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR IN ANY PROCEEDING IN WHICH YOU ACT OR PROPOSE TO ACT IN A REPRESENTATIVE CAPACITY.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
15. Waiver
No waiver by AnswerNet of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure of AnswerNet to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
