AnswerNet’s New Learning Management System is Live!
The HR Department is proud and excited to announce that we’ve just rolled out the new AnswerNet Learning Management System (LMS)! The user-friendly, easy-to-use platform has been created to administer all corporate training, including new-employee onboarding, job-specific instruction, important company updates, as well as other ongoing departmental education.
Within the coming weeks, your managers will invite you to get started on the new training modules. Some of the training content will include materials recently re-produced and updated by the Marketing Team, such as new “Meet Gary Pudles Orientation Videos,” “Welcome to AnswerNet,” and “The AnswerNet Difference.”
Upcoming Training Modules
The new LMS also offers some impressive functions to help track all of your training throughout your AnswerNet journey. For example, it will store your quiz scores to help you track your personal progress on various topics. It also has the ability to log your start, stop, and elapsed time in the individual modules to ensure you’re getting the most out of the lesson materials!
By now, you should have received your individual credentials to access the LMS. Additionally, if you’re a U.S.-based AnswerNet employee, you should have already received an LMS survey about our work location and seeking voluntary information in preparation for the potential OSHA ETS mandate. We appreciate all the responses received to date, and ask that you please complete the survey if you have not done so yet, or contact the LMS Team if you are having any issues completing or accessing the survey.
The system will be managed within the Corporate Administration Department. Jana Pudles, AnswerNet’s Education Coordinator, is tasked with building new modules as well as improving existing education across all departments. Rriel Whetstone is now transitioning into the Lead LMS Administrator role where she will be responsible for the overall maintenance and all administrative functions of the LMS system.
