Hello and Happy New Year, AnswerNet Family!

I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting news with you about what’s been happening in the “business development” world here at AnswerNet, and specifically our Specialty Divisions. Part of this year’s growth included acquiring some new companies, including TPV.com, VoiceLogFineLine Solutions, and AnswerNet Education Services.

Adding these unique brands vastly expands our service offerings – and gives us quite a leg-up on the competition!

Meet Rhett Parsons, the newest member of our business development team.

At the helm of our BPO division, Rhett’s out looking for the bigger fish in the corporate world offering our collection of services to these larger companies/brands who can benefit from the efficient implementation of our workforce and technologies.

Our Third-Party Verification (TPV) division includes the TPV.com and VoiceLog brands and utilizes an exclusive platform to capture and verify the consumer’s intent to change providers. Examples of services and industries include Cable/Internet, Retail Energy Suppliers, Health Insurance Enrollment, and more. This new specialty division gives us a niche in the contact center space where extra security and fraud-prevention measures are required by the government and other entities.

Ashely Murphy heads up business development for the 3rd Party Verification division. Ashely comes to us from another TPV competitor and her addition to the team packs several years of experience into our recent acquisitions.

The new Nonprofit division offers charity-based and not-for-profit organizations a full-service contact center solution for donor engagement. Services include answering phones during telethons or pledge drives, donation collection & processing, mail fulfillment, and donor lifecycle management. Our current nonprofit accounts consist of clients of FineLine Solutions and Stericycle Communications Solutions.

Keith Elliot drives new business for the Non-Profit division. Over the course of his career, Keith’s long history and experience working in the non-profit industry puts him on par with some of the world’s most well-known charities.

Our AnswerNet Education Services division works with higher education institutions, including colleges and universities to support them with enrollment management, financial aid, retention, technical support, and alumni campaign. We also assist schools with campus and student solutions, including emergency alerts, compliance hotlines, and facilities management. Our goal is to deliver our education partners comprehensive, scalable contact center solutions designed to increase overall tuition revenue and improve student outcomes.

Tony Askew is riding point on business development for our AnswerNet Education Services division. He comes to us with a deep background working in the Higher Education space –      cycling through some of the most notable universities in the Philadelphia area throughout his career – helping schools grow revenue and increase enrollment.
