Steve Webster - Senior Director of National Client Services Management

Steve Webster

Director of NCSM

As the new Director of National Client Services Management, Steve’s role is to support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships. He also acts as an escalation point for complicated issues, projects, or accounts.

Steve spent much of his career in the IT space as a programmer, project manager, director, and more. This eventually led him to opening his own company in 1997.

Fun Fact: Steve is a certified Hypnotherapist!

Steve Webster

Director of NCSM

As the new Director of National Client Services Management, Steve’s role is to support organizational growth by providing strategic client direction, building new relationships, and maintaining existing client relationships. Steve spent much of his career in the IT space as a programmer, project manager, director, and more. This eventually led him to opening his own company in 1997.

Marketing

Emily Egan

Jr. Marketing Coordinator

As a Jr. Marketing Coordinator, Emily will assist the marketing team in a variety of areas. Some responsibilities include editing and proofreading content for blogs, press releases, articles, white papers, case studies, and other collateral materials; assisting with social media and copywriting; and assisting with coordination and planning of industry events, trade shows, and conferences. 

Emily graduated from West Chester University in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and Political Science. For the last two years, she worked as a volunteer Social Media Manager for a performing arts organization, assisting with their Instagram and Facebook pages, editing video content, creating graphics, and general website maintenance.

Fun Fact: Emily is a member of a competitive winter color guard and has been involved with it for 10 years!

Technology

Michael Gleason

IT Manager

Michael will manage the technical services team. He will monitor staff, initiate and coordinate internal systems, evaluate trends, and identify solutions for the technical department as a whole.

Michael has extensive experience in the information technology field. He has worked at several major companies including AT&T, Cisco, Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, and NCR.

Fun Fact: Michael enjoys golf, tennis, and travel!

Michael Heeren

Programming Supervisor

As a supervisor of the programming team, Michael will route tickets, assist with stuck points, and guide the team in other managerial duties.

Michael is an AnswerNet alum who worked for the team previously from 2010 – 2018. Upon leaving, he spent time working as a Networking Engineer, but truly missed the work he conducted as part of our team.

Fun Fact: Michael is an avid outdoorsman. He took up Disc Golf last year and played in a tournament in Hays, KS – winning 1st place in his division!

Usman Ahmad

Programmer

As an advanced coding professional, Usman’s responsibilities include designing, writing, and testing code for our software and applications.

Usman has experience working in front end development which uses coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP, .NET, etc. He has worked with many different platforms such as Salesforce and SAP – including experience in database using SQL Server.

Fun Fact: Usman loves to golf!

Solon Hinson

Programmer

As an advanced coding professional, the core of Solon’s responsibilities reside in the coding realm. He will design, write, and test code for our software and applications.

Solon was a Full Stack Programmer in his previous position. He is highly skilled in C Sharp (C#), Virtual Basic (VB), .NET, and Structured Query Language (SQL) as well as JavaScript.

Fun Fact: Solon greatly enjoys the German language!
