2023 Annual Client Solutions Meeting
During September 17-19th, our Client Solutions Team gathered together at the Corporate Office in Willow Grove, PA for our 2023 Annual Client Solutions Meeting.
This was our first in-person CSM Meeting since 2019 and it did not disappoint! Those attending from the CSM (Client Solutions Management) department are those who actively manage our key client relationships, which also included our Third-Party Verification (TPV) CSM team for the first time ever.
As is typical with these meetings, we started our activities on Sunday with a welcome dinner for those traveling in from abroad. Our team came from coast to coast to attend, so it was great to see each other in person and get to know each other even better.
Our theme for this year’s meeting was “Solutioning for the Future,” with a heavy emphasis placed on understanding technology solutions that can be used for our clients. We also focused on how to better engage with our clients in an overall effort to maintain a strong relationship that is based on helping them achieve their goals.
Out of the 10 learning sessions that were presented, we had a total of 16 different presenters. While all of the presentations were strong in content and delivery, there was certainly one that stood out and captured the audience even more so than the others…
…as usual, Jen Thorpe rocked it with her Technology presentation!
Next, we created break-out groups for an intensive 2-hour “solutioning session” in which each group closely studied a specific client’s workflow to determine the best possible solutions AnswerNet should be offering them. It was a great learning experience for the entire team and certainly well-worth the effort.
It would be a large miss to not also mention the fun we had together after our full days of meetings. From getting the chance to experience Gary Pudles’ own Bucket Band (with many of us hitting the dance floor), to the dinners, as well as our “post-dinner” socializing time at the hotel.

Is is time to start planning for next year’s meeting already?
